With a rich history dating back to our founding in December 1999 by owners David Noffsinger and David Mack, we've evolved from a small team of three to a powerhouse of sixty dedicated employees. Specializing in directional drilling and beyond, we've left our mark on projects ranging from the heart of Frederick County to the depths of the Chesapeake and Patapsco.
Our History
Since our inception, D&D Drilling, Inc. has been at the forefront of the underground solutions industry. From our humble beginnings, we've grown exponentially, expanding our fleet to ten drills and establishing expert dig crews to serve our growing clientele. Our achievements speak volumes, from pioneering projects with Level 3 Communications to our enduring partnership with Baltimore Gas and Electric, where we've installed endless miles of cable and duct.
